Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast.

The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic. You can step out of the hotel and immediately find yourself on the promenade next to the North Pier. It's so convenient that we didn't even need to use our car throughout our stay. The hotel is also close to the station, making it easy to access. The reception hallway is grand and gives a great first impression. Plus, the view from our room was amazing, especially during the sunset. The breakfast offered was lovely and ample. The majority of the staff were lovely, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I had 2 days in Blackpool, spending my time here lovely. Liked their on-site restaurant The Promenade Restaurant, it was good.

I appreciated it so definitely want to stay in that area again. Had a comfortable stay for two nights.

Fantastic location, free room upgrade, huge room. Checkout time too early on Sundays, zero flexibility, blunt staff. Comfy bed. Convenient parking at reasonable price. Friendly cafe staff helped with luggage. Good location for bars and waterfront. Nice sea view, spacious room. Would stay again!

Pleasant hotel with affable staff and cheap breakfast.

It was in a central setting near to all the pubs that we like.

Great location right on the seafront with easy access to all the attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of plug sockets. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The upgraded executive room had amazing views of the promenade, North Pier, and the sea. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The venue is enchanting, it offers tasty breakfast and has brilliant location short walk to the beach and the centre. There are reasonable prices in the property.

Perfect location; magnificent view from the room; efficient staff. It took us 15 minutes to drive to this grand old accommodation from the airport. Nice foyer.

Great location for exploring the area, especially the Winter Gardens Theatre. The room allocation was considerate, as we requested to be located next to family members. The staff were helpful in finding solutions to any issues that arose during our stay. I would recommend this hotel.

The stay here was brilliant for two nights. We were greeted by very amiable, very friendly staff. Good-sized, great-sized room was with very comfortable bed.

It had every detail we needed, we loved staff and service. Plenty of meals for breakfast, including toast and scrambled eggs. Easy check-in, late check-out.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, right on the promenade. We found it to be within walking distance of all the major attractions and near some bars that we enjoyed visiting. The room we stayed in had a good view and the breakfast offered a decent variety of options.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The beds were uncomfortable and the bathroom was not properly maintained.

The weather was quite warm, had very lovely stay for two nights. The room was airy: lovely bed, very new bathroom. It had sea views.

The breakfast was good hot, the location was unbeatable right on the sea front, the staff was absolutely lovely. We loved exceptionally comfortable beds. Classy venue, nothing too much trouble.

This hotel was a great find for the price! The location was perfect, right on the seafront at the north pier, in a nice area of town. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, attending to all our needs. The rooms were basic but comfortable, with a lovely shower and frosted glass windows for privacy. Breakfast at the premier restaurant was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.

The only drawback was that the room wasn't cleaned and the towels weren't changed during our stay. Additionally, the carpets seemed old and dusty.

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was pretty standard and clean. The rooms were freshly decorated and beds - nice. It boasted absolutely fabulous views. Fast check in & the service was great.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the North Pier and the tower. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a lovely selection that satisfied our taste buds. We took advantage of the day tickets for the trams and bus for just £4, which allowed us to conveniently explore Cleveleys and Fleetwood.

The building itself was quite old and showed signs of wear and tear, with crumbling plasterwork, old furniture, and creaky floorboards. The entrance to the hotel was unwelcoming and there were some unpleasant smells in the corridor.

We had a fantastic time staying at a hotel very close to the main area, which was perfect for our nights out. The location was great, right on the sea side, and we enjoyed taking evening walks along the promenade. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the homely feel of the hotel, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed during our stay.

The TV in the room was ancient and only had a few channels, which was a bit disappointing.

The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was new and clean. The hotel offered good sea views, making for a pleasant stay. As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated the variety of food choices available.

This hotel is excellent value for money, with affordable prices and great attention to detail. Located right next to the tram lines and directly off the beach, it's perfect for exploring the centre of the city. The staff are friendly and the basic amenities in the rooms, like the opening windows and newly refurbished bathrooms, make for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is included, with tea/coffee provided.

The lounge area could use some improvement in terms of atmosphere.
